Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

To cancel your order:

2. Provide your order number and registered phone number or email address.
3. Our team will verify your request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Approval

An order cancellation will be approved only if:

1. The order has not been shipped.
2. The product is still in our warehouse.
3. The order has not already been processed for delivery.

4. Refund After Cancellation

1. Prepaid Orders: If the cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD): No payment is required if the order is canceled before shipment.

5. Seller Cancellation

eBabui reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

1. Product being out of stock.
2. Pricing or listing errors.
3. Suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
5. Other unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel your prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.
